Ordering, Shipping & Returns

As a multi-vendor marketplace, ShopScoopCLT acts as an online shopping forum and liaison between you, the customer, and the small & local businesses who sell items in our marketplace. Your transaction and payment will be handled on our marketplace website, however all product fulfillment is handled via the vendor(s).


Each order in our online marketplace is forwarded upon completion & payment to the appropriate vendors for processing. Vendors will individually process, fulfill and ship the items from your order. Orders containing items from multiple vendors will be shipped separately from those individual vendors. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, along with your order number.

The ShopScoopCLT marketplace is only available to purchases from within the United States. No international purchasing available.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your location and your local sales tax rate.


All items purchased in our marketplace are shipped directly from the vendors. Please allow 7 days for order processing and shipping. Custom made orders & products processed according to vendor’s stated time frame. Upon shipment by the vendor, you will receive an email from the vendor with shipping information and the tracking number.

Shipping is only available within the United States. No international shipping available.

At this time, overnight / 2 day shipping is not available thru our online marketplace. If you need something overnight or in 2-3 days, please visit the vendor’s website to purchase directly from there.


Since items ordered are shipped directly from the vendor, each vendor’s individual store return policy will apply to your order. Returns must be requested to the vendor(s) within 2 weeks of order date. Most of these small businesses will only be able to provide an exchange or store credit for returns, and some do not accept returns at all. Please check each vendor’s return policy on their vendor profile page before you order.

Returns will only be considered for Items that have not been used or damaged. Returned items must be in NEW condition with original tags affixed or attached, and cannot be worn, washed, used or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be return shipped to the customer and are subject to an additional shipping cost.

No price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items.  

Original shipping is not refundable. Customer pays return shipping fee.

If you receive a damaged item, or an item damaged in shipment, please contact the vendor directly within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement or return.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  These situations do not qualify as defects.

ShopScoopCLT does not offer returns or refunds outside of vendors’ policies and decisions.

Questions or concerns regarding your order will be most quickly resolved by contacting the individual vendor directly via phone or email. This information can be found on the vendor profile and on their website. Please have your order confirmation and order # handy.
